GTA 6 pre-orders have reportedly crossed the 6 million mark worldwide, according to the Sensor Tower’s sales tracker, which was updated on October 13, 2026.

The latest Sensor Tower estimates show the GTA 6 total sales at 6.08 million units. The latest estimated revenue for the title is $594 million, combined for PS5 and Xbox.

Here are the latest GTA 6 PS5 sales along with Xbox Series Units sold:

• PlayStation: 4.51 million units and estimated revenue of $441 million.
• Xbox: 1.57 million units sold digitally with estimated revenue of $153 million.

The October 13 data on Sensor Tower shows the platform sales, with PlayStation taking 74% of the total GTA 6 pre-order sales, while Xbox stays at 26%.

PlayStation Still Leads, but Xbox Is Gaining Pace

PlayStation has been the leader in GTA 6 sales so far, but its share slipped a bit recently. When compared with August 18 numbers, the title had sold over 4.38 million units on the console, while Xbox had 23% share of the total GTA 6 sales.

The latest report by the platform shows Xbox share as 26%, which is a good jump for the platform.

A fresh note can be found on the Sensor Tower website, saying they updated their GTA VI pre-order estimation model on October 5, 2026, to reflect the country-wise split estimates efficiently.
